Returns Policy

The Kit Dealer sells both vintage and new football apparel. Vintage items are second-hand and may show signs of age and prior wear. Minor fading, light cracking, small pulls, or general wash wear are normal characteristics of vintage garments and are not considered faults.

Any significant faults on vintage or new items are shown clearly in the product photos. Customers are encouraged to review all photos carefully and contact us prior to purchasing if they have any questions about an item’s condition.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference after purchase. However, for change-of-mind purchases, we offer store credit or exchange only within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition and proof of purchase is supplied.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a genuine fault, customers are entitled to a remedy. For major faults, customers may choose a refund or replacement (where available). For minor faults, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit. General wear consistent with the age of a vintage item is not considered a fault.
